2014 and 2015 were big years for the Seamless CRM email channel:


• I carried out comprehensive research before presenting to and ultimately persuading our VP of marketing to invest the required time and development to update our email channel to responsive design and coding. I then made good on my commitment, and made it a reality. The move to responsive drove sales, engagement, and in‑house efficiency.

• We A/B tested subject lines, button colours, animation, language, and imagery, resulting in ever improving click through and conversion rates.

• Cosmetic enhancements also helped greatly improve the visual appeal of this channel, eg. Developing email specific design guidelines to enforce consistency while still allowing for individual creativity.




World Cup email

Concept, design, and responsive coding. I love the World Cup, I also love random facts, so for me this email was a fun football fan food frenzy.

Subliminal email

Concept, design, and responsive coding. This tongue in cheek “Subliminal advertising experiment” was inspired by John Carpenters 1987 cult classic “They Live”, which also inspired Shepard Fairey to create his Obey movement.
