Directed the full creative approach across multiple international office spaces (Belfast, Skopje, Prishtina, Debar), ensuring brand consistency while giving each location its own cultural identity and energy.

Achieved a reversal of perception between offices – transforming Belfast and Macedonia from being previously seen as receiving second-hand resources from New York, into showcase environments that the New York staff envied – a personal and professional win.

Championed the use of local illustrators in each city (Stephen Maurice Graham via Usfolk in Belfast, Ivan Petrusevski AKA Flim in Skopje), resulting in murals rich with local lore, humour, pizza culture, and Easter eggs.

Made the strategic decision to install murals as large-scale wall decals with full artistic rights secured, giving flexibility if/when any of the teams relocated (as Belfast did within two years).

Ensured every global office shared key brand touch points, from neon Slice logo signs to core values walls – while tailoring execution to each city's culture and personality.

Hired Oxford Pennant Co. to execute our pennant designs showcasing Slice’s five core values, really elevating and enshrining these company cornerstones.

Oversaw vendor relationships and production logistics (murals, signage, furnishings, branded seating, window treatments), balancing creative vision with practical installation needs.

Collaborated with local designers, Rebeka Markovich in Macedonia and Janine Clements in Belfast, to deliver spaces that inspired employees, welcomed visitors, and reinforced Slice’s mission globally.
